Fight Gone Bad is an annual CrossFit fundraiser where CrossFitters around the world push themselves through the strenuous Fight Gone Bad workout. FGB consists of 3 rounds of the following: 1 minute of Wall Ball Squats, 1 minute of Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 1 minute of Box Jumps, 1 minute of Push Press, 1 minute of Rowing, and 1 minute of rest. Add your total reps for each round to get your final score. This year’s event raised money for the Wounded Warrior Project, the Livestrong Foundation, and the CrossFit Foundation. CrossFit Camp Eggers had 19 registered participants, and raised a total of $9700, dedicating our efforts to the Wounded Warriors! For a gym with little-to-no equipment and a LOT of creativity to make the WODs work, we are pretty excited about this huge accomplishment during FGB5.
